Below is a summary of the primary Rental Policies for Angelus Apartments. Please use this list to determine if Angelus Apartments would be a good fit for you.  Just a reminder - Angelus Apartments is a studio-only building.

 

• Single (1 person ) occupancy unit only - NO DUAL OCCUPANCY.

• NON-SMOKERS ONLY -NO Bad Credit and sorry  . . NO Pets!

• Yearly lease, credit/background check, employment and income verification required. Housing and previous landlord referrals needed.  No subletting, 1 year lease and prospective tenant must view the apartment.  We will not rent sight unseen by the actual applicant.

• Minimum VERIFIABLE income (normally 3 times rent amount) and/or Co-Signer (U.S.) required. Pay stubs/bank statements required for verification of employment/Income.

• Students welcome with Loan Award documentation and/or Co-Signer availability (U.S.)

• Utilities Included: Water, Cooking gas.

• Tenant Pays: Electric, Cable/Internet (if desired).  RCN cable building

• NO DEPOSIT:  one time only $300 non-refundable ADMINISTRATIVE fee.

NOTE:

• First Months rent must be paid once application is approved in order to take the unit off the market - no deposits or holding fees accepted.  Administrative fee must be paid on or before the day of  move in and prior to receiving keys to the unit.
